Voigtl?nder, Braunschweig. 1) Branding materials: Voigtl?nder advertising sign in blue plastic, oval 60 cm long with white lettering – an excellent display piece! Werbe-Hahn, Wülferath/Rhineland. Metal "Voigtl?nder" lettering 38.5 x 7.5 cm; Zeiss Ikon Voigtl?nder sign, red with gold lettering (30 x 10.5 cm); this type was often displayed in the windows of camera repair shops. Order no. 5240. – 2) Archival material: Album titled "Visit to Voigtl?nder Braunschweig, April 28, 1952" documenting a factory tour of the assembly line; 1956 anniversary folder (photokina 1956) "200 Years of Voigtl?nder" with inserts and images; 1956 commemorative lecture "Lenses: Past and Present"; 2 different folders on Voigtl?nder lenses for industrial television (several unknown lenses); folder of sales arguments for the 1959 Voigtl?nder product range; folder (c. 1959) introducing the ZOOMAR f/2.8 36–82 mm lens, including B&W sample outdoor shots taken across the ZOOMAR's focal length range; 1965 general catalog/price list (DIN A5); 1966 general catalog/price list (DIN A4); folder containing the address given by Sales Director Puchert at photokina 1976. – 3) Shop window display materials: Voigtl?nder color photo panels – four measuring 50 x 60 cm and one measuring 40 x 60 cm. These were made available on loan to photo retailers during the 1960s. Most of the images are missing their original Voigtl?nder labels. Rarely offered. – 4) Original B&W photograph by Voigtl?nder, c. 1955, mounted on 28 x 35 cm card stock, ready for hanging. – 5) Rosenthal porcelain plate featuring the Braunschweig Gewandhaus, 11 cm diameter, with the Voigtl?nder mark on the back. – And: 6) Bergheil 3rd model, 1928 onwards, 6.5 x 9 cm camera in good condition with Heliar 4.5/10.5 cm lens, plus Bergheil 3rd model, 1926 onwards, for 9 x 12 cm in bad condition with interchangeable Tessar 4.5/15 cm lens – a memento for the historian regarding the later Zeiss Ikon takeover!
